DESCRIPTION:The 2026 LESC St Fillans Cup will take place on Saturday\, August 22\, 2026\, for the dinghy fleet with an 1100 start time and on Sunday\, August 23\, 2026\, for the keelboat fleet also with an 1100 start time. \nCup and trophy events are larger\, member only racing events with earlier starts and keelboat and dinghy fleets racing on separate days over the course of a weekend. They include the Loch Earn Enterprise Cup\, St Fillans Cup\, McKeowan Trophy\, and Robertson Cup. Like the weekend series\, cup and trophy events are also run by volunteer officers using the club’s permanent marks depending on conditions. \nSee Race Hut before the start for specifics on fleet starts\, starting procedure\, etc. Courses are displayed on the course board outside the hut. DESCRIPTION:The 2026 LESC Final Fling Open Regatta will take place on Saturday\, September 26\, 2026\, for all entrants with a 1200 start time and on Sunday\, September 27\, 2026\, for all entrants with an 1100 start time. \nThe First and Final Fling Regattas are larger\, open racing events with earlier starts and keelboat and dinghy fleets racing on both days and separate starts over the course of a weekend. Like other LESC racing events\, these regattas are also run by volunteer officers using the club’s permanent marks depending on conditions. \nRegistration is required of all competitors and details about the pre-race briefing can be found in the event’s sailing instructions.
