Abandoned Property

The LESC Abandoned Boat Policy was prepared by the LESC Commitee to clarify the club’s position on abandoned boats and equipment (including trailers). It is intended to improve the availability and convenience in the use of active boats and other equipment at the club.

Keelboat and Road Trailer

Item Type: Keelboat on a Road Trailer
Description: Last known owner was William Miller. LESC has declared this boat abandoned and requires it be removed from the premises asap. LESC has initiated abandoned boat policy procedures to recycle the vessel and shall recover the costs from the last known owner.
